Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emre Yeğin, FEBOPRAS, is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon at İSÜ Liv Hospital Bahçeşehir, Istanbul. He graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 2011 (top rank in the Turkish Medical Specialty Exam the same year) and completed his plastic surgery specialization at Ege University in 2017. He undertook a microsurgery fellowship under Prof. Hung-Chi Chen in Taiwan and earned the FEBOPRAS fellowship of the European Board in London in 2019. He served on the faculty of Ege University from 2020 before joining Istinye University and Liv. His clinical focus covers reconstructive microsurgery, head and neck and lower extremity free-flap reconstruction, breast reconstruction, lymphoedema surgery, postbariatric body contouring, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and aesthetic procedures.
