Feyza Bora is an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, working in nephrology. She graduated in medicine from Hacettepe University in 2002, completed internal medicine training at Başkent University between 2003 and 2008, and completed nephrology subspecialty training at Akdeniz University between 2010 and 2013 with a thesis on the relationship between clinical monitoring and histopathological findings in kidney transplant recipients undergoing allograft biopsy. Her published research covers primary glomerulonephritides including IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, complement activation in renal disease, dialysis-associated infection, and determinants of chronic kidney disease progression and mortality.
