We don’t hand you a clinic address. We walk into the doctor’s office with you, translate, defend your interests. After every visit you leave with a clear picture: what was said, what was prescribed, what to do next.
01
Not an agency
We have direct contracts with doctors. We don’t take commissions from clinics.
02
Not a clinic
We are independent. If a doctor isn’t the right fit — we’ll find another one.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

How much does treatment in Türkiye cost?
It depends on the diagnosis and specialty. The Prices page lists ranges for the top-10 procedures. The exact figure comes after a free remote consultation with a professor.
Who pays for the BergemHealth coordinator?
The hospital. Under our direct contract, the VIP service is paid by the hospital — it costs you nothing. You pay exactly what a local patient pays.
How is the final price formed?
Transparently. After consultation, the professor sends a medical plan. Against that plan, the hospital issues an estimate on letterhead, in USD or EUR. No surprise charges along the way.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we work with international insurers (Allianz, AXA, Cigna). Partial reimbursement under Russian/CIS private health policies is also possible.
What documents do I need to enter Türkiye?
A passport plus your latest workup (lab results, CT/MRI, discharge summaries). Russian, Belarusian and Kazakh citizens enter visa-free. For others — we assist with visa support.
Can I get a second opinion online before travelling?
Yes — that’s the first step. Remote consultation is free. The professor reviews your records, gives an opinion, and answers questions.
Who translates during appointments?
Your coordinator. A professional medical translator with experience in your specialty. At every appointment, without exception.
What guarantees do you give?
A written medical plan, a fixed price, the coordinator’s personal presence, and a JCI-accredited hospital. No clinic in the world guarantees a clinical outcome — that’s medicine.
What if complications arise after I return home?
The coordinator stays in touch for at least 12 months. For non-urgent questions — a written reply from your treating professor within 48 hours.
How long does it take from inquiry to start of treatment?
On average 10–14 days. Urgent cases (oncology, cardio) — 5–7 days from the first inquiry.
