Haluk Cezmi Çokuğraş is a paediatrician subspecialised in paediatric allergy and immunology, paediatric chest diseases and paediatric infectious diseases, practising at Memorial Göztepe Hospital since 2025. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1981, completed his paediatrics specialty there in 1988, and added subspecialty qualifications in paediatric allergy (2001) and paediatric infectious diseases (2004). He spent his academic career at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine from 1983 to 2024, where he headed the Department of Child Health and Diseases. He is a co-author on national cystic fibrosis registry studies and multicentre paediatric respiratory research.
