Anaesthesiologist. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and completed anaesthesiology and reanimation training there in 2007. He worked at Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine (2012-2015) and subsequently at Acıbadem Taksim, Medicana Zincirlikuyu and Acıbadem Atakent hospitals, joining Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in 2026. He heads the anaesthesiology and reanimation department at Istanbul Health and Technology University. His recent research is on ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia techniques — serratus anterior and serratus-intercostal blocks in minimally invasive coronary surgery, rectus sheath and BRILMA blocks in paediatric liver transplantation, and quadro-iliac versus erector spinae plane blocks after lumbar discectomy.
