Frequently asked about Liv Hospital Ulus

Whom do I pay — the clinic or BergemHealth? How is the invoice structured?
Direct invoice from the clinic. BergemHealth does not mark up clinic prices — coordination and accompaniment are billed separately at a fixed rate. The clinic contract is signed directly with the hospital.
What rooms are available for international patients?
Standard — single room with private bathroom. Optional — Suite (two-room with companion area, desk and kitchen). All rooms have Wi-Fi, TV and a sleeping space for a family member.
Can I bring a companion?
Yes. The companion can stay in the room (sofa-bed in a standard room, separate room in a Suite) or in one of the nearby hotels.
What about food — is there halal / kosher / vegetarian?
Standard menu is halal (whole clinic). Vegetarian and low-salt available on request. Kosher — by special order through the clinic kitchen 24 hours in advance.
Does the clinic admit children and adolescents?
Adolescents 16+ are admitted by adult specialists per indication. For younger children, we refer to a specialised paediatric clinic.
Does the clinic have Russian-speaking staff?
The international department includes Russian-speaking staff. During visits and rounds, translation is provided by the BergemHealth coordinator.
What if my chosen professor is unavailable on the operation day?
All Da Vinci console stages are performed personally by the chosen professor. In case of force majeure the operation is rescheduled, not handed to an assistant. This is explicitly written in the contract.
