Bahadır Güllüoğlu is a breast surgeon and surgical oncologist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital, working within the hospital's breast health centre. He completed his general surgery residency at Marmara University School of Medicine (1991–1996) and spent most of his career on that faculty, heading its breast and endocrine surgery unit from 1998 and holding a professorship from 2009. In 2012 he obtained European Board of Surgery (UEMS) diplomas in general surgery, surgical oncology and breast surgery. He is a member of EUSOMA and of the EORTC Breast Cancer Group, and acts as country coordinator for the Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Consortium. His publication record is the largest of the Göztepe group covered here.
